We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to process your order. After you submit your order, your credit card will be charged immediately. Once this is done, you will be able to view the complete instructions for downloading the product(s) you ordered. This is a huge benefit: You can obtain the product you ordered within seconds of placing your order! We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. It supports industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. See also our general statement on security. After you place your order, you will proceed to an Order Confirmation page that contains a "Download Now" button next to each product you ordered. Make sure you press this button because it will display the instructions for obtaining the product. Failure to click the "Download Now" button means you will not get the instructions to obtain your product! If you did not receive intructions for downloading, or need to obtain the instructions again, go to the home page of the order mall and click on the "Download" button on the left side. You will need to enter your credit card number that you used to place the order in order to verify your identity. You will then be able to read the instructions for all the products you have ordered. Downloading Software The download option has two ways to download the software: 1) One large installation file 2) Installation file split into small files - Each of these small files will be 1.4MB, so you can download each file and copy each one to a disk. This allows you to install the software on a computer different from the one you used to download the files. These disks can also be used as a backup in case you need to reinstall the software. Tax You will not be charged tax on any order.
